“Consyst Business Group” completed the next stage of the global program to create a unified centralized financial management system at “Kaspersky Lab” offices around the world. The system, which operates in France, Italy, the UK and Germany, is replicated to a division in Switzerland. The project is implemented on the Microsoft Dynamics AX platform.

“Kaspersky Lab” conducts activities in nearly 200 countries from 35 regional offices and has more than 20 years of experience in the field of information security. The company has won many awards in the field of security technology, is in the TOP-4 of the world’s leading manufacturers of software solutions for ensuring information security. The technologies of “Kaspersky Lab” protect more than 400 million users and 270 thousand corporate customers – from small businesses to state corporations.

The global program to create a single centralized accounting system at “Kaspersky Lab” offices around the world provides for the transfer of accounting processes of the company’s foreign offices to Microsoft Dynamics AX and the rejection of disparate accounting systems.

The next stage of the program was a system implementation project in the Swiss division of the company. The office in Zurich is strategic – it implements part of the company’s key business processes. The data of European users are being processed here and the first Transparency Center of “Kaspersky Labs” has been opened here.

Within the framework of the project, a standard solution for “Kaspersky Lab” was replicated and adapted to local legal requirements. The solution’s functionality covers a wide range of business processes: bookkeeping and tax accounting, fixed assets accounting, the formation of local regulated and internal management reporting, settlements with suppliers and customers, as well as integration with the corporate procurement management system and sales management system.

The project was performed by the Russian consulting group “Consyst Business Group”, which provides services for the creation and support of information management systems in the Russian and foreign markets. The project was completed within seven months.

Konstantin Kolotov, Commercial Director of “Consyst Business Group”: “The Microsoft Dynamics AX implementation project for “Kaspersky Lab” in Switzerland has become an important part of a large program to create a single centralized financial management system in the company’s offices around the world. After completing the third stage of the program, thanks to the experience gained during the work, we can see, that we are able to significantly reduce the time for each subsequent replication of the system”.
